What paper are the prints printed on?

All our prints are printed on Fujifilm photo paper with high-quality inks, meaning they will last for many years.

Where are your prints printed?

All our prints are printed in and distributed from the UK. We do ship internationally.

Is your packaging environmentally-friendly?

All packaging is environmentally-friendly and can be recycled.

Why is a particular photo on your portfolio, but not for sale as a print?

We are adding new photos every week, and you can be the first to know about new photos being added by subscribing to the email newsletter.

If we don’t add a particular photo, it could be for one of these reasons:

How much do I pay for postage?

Postage is free in the United Kingdom. Anywhere else is £1.75 + 11% of the total order price.

What is your refund policy?

We check each product to make sure it matches the description before we send it on to you. If a product comes to you damaged, with photographic evidence of this, we will send a replacement or a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

How long will my delivery take?

That depends on where we’re sending it to, and the size of your order. It can take up to 3 weeks from ordering your item to you getting it in the post.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We encrypt all data that you send from your device to our servers, so nobody except us can see it. We will never, ever sell your information to third-parties. You can find out more about how we deal with your data in our Privacy Policy.

Can I request my data?

Yes. Regardless of what country you are in, you can request a copy of the data we hold on you by sending an email to us at mail@calumchilds.com with the subject “Please send my data”. We will send you all data we hold that is associated with the email address you sent the email from within 30 days.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once you’ve sent your order off to us, we will wait at least 3 hours from the order being placed before starting to process it. If we receive an email from the email address used to place the order asking us to amend or cancel the order during that waiting time, we will do so. The email address for this is shop@calumchilds.com.

If the email is sent after those 3 hours, what we will do depends on what you want to do to your order.

Add item(s) to your order

UK orders: If you’re adding items to an order and it is being sent to a UK address, simply make another order with the same details as the order you just made. Postage is free for all items being sent to a UK address, and the added items will be sent along with your other order.

Worldwide orders: We’ll add those items to your order and charge you the prices for those items.

Remove item(s) from your order

If you’re removing items from an order, and we have not already started processing your order, then we will remove the items you have asked for and give you the money you paid for those removed items back.
